Its current tenant mix includes Whole Foods Market, Nordstrom Rack, Bloomingdale’s The Outlet Store, IKEA, DSW, American Girl, ULTA Beauty, and Bowl & Barrel.

In Business Since 2009

The Park Lane development opened in March 2009, featuring more than 500,000 square feet of retail anchored by Whole Foods Market and other major national brands. In 2010, the property was renamed The Shops at Park Lane as additional retailers joined the center. Northwood acquired the property in 2010 and subsequently expanded and repositioned the mixed-use development with additional retail, office, residential, and public spaces.
