In Business Since 2003

Magnolia’s retail story began with Joanna Gaines opening the original Magnolia shop in 2003. After reopening in 2014 and outgrowing that location, Magnolia Market moved to the Silos property in downtown Waco in 2015. The Silos Grounds subsequently expanded with additional shops, food destinations, gardens, and gathering spaces, becoming the central home of the Magnolia brand.
