Lewis Jewelers began in 1981, when Sandy Lewis opened a small jewelry storefront in Houston’s Clear Lake area. Her relationship-focused approach helped establish a loyal customer base. The business later transitioned to second-generation leadership under her son Slade Lewis and his wife Cindy. Watches became an important part of the business after Slade joined in 1999, eventually expanding its luxury timepiece offerings.
