I needed a last-minute plug installed and called for same-day service. I was pleasantly surprised to have someone show up sooner than expected. Matthew, our electrician today, kicked off our visit with a friendly introduction—something I really appreciate since not everyone does that anymore. He was very thorough, eager to answer all my questions, and made sure we were completely happy with the job before he left. I'll definitely be calling them again next time we need any service done!

Matthew showed up to my best friend’s door and saved the day! She’d been without AC for 48hrs and the AC guy “fixed” a part that DIDN'T fix her AC. Matthew diagnosed the problem and got the AC up and running! He was very courteous and respectful of her home, as well as responsible to clean up a little dry wall that fell from the ceiling. He was patient with questions and so knowledgeable. He walked me through what he fixed and why step by step, talked about Besties options, and sent detailed quotes for her to choose on her time. I will tell anyone that needs an electrician services about Mister Sparky - and make sure they get Matthew as their technician!
